01 — Agreement
these terms of service govern the professional relationhip and all projects undertaken by vedaawork. In order to agree to the terms the client must sign a proposal.
02 — Scope of work
The services detailed in project proposal will be only performed by the team responsible. IF any additional work is requested by the client then it would require new proposal, Additional fees and Timeline.
04 —Client responsbility
the client is responsible for providing all necessary information. the client must provide timely approvals at each project phase.the client warrants that all content they provide to vedaawork is either owned by them or they have the legal right to use. the client agrees to indemnity vedaawork against any claims related to copyright infringement.
04 —Project Timelines
Our project timelines are usually between 3 weeks to 8 weeks for the whole branding process. the timelines are a estimate and depending on the client's timely provision of content and feedback. we include 2 revisions in logo design phase and one for the whole brand identity. additional fees will be required for any additional revision requested by the client and it will be billed at vedaawork's standard hourly rate.
05 —Payments & Invoicing
vedaawork has a hourly rate of 50 usd. for brand identity we charge in between 1000-3000 usd. we distribute the whole fees in a structured manner where the client will pay 25 per cent upfront, 25 per cent upon design approval, 50 per cent on the completion of the project. we impose a late fee on overdue invoices which is 100 usd - 200 usd we reserve the right to suspend the work on a project if payment are not made according to agreed upon the schedule.
06 — intellectual property and copyright.
once the final payment is made, we grant the license to use the final deliverables as agreed upon in sow.vedaawork retains the right to use the project work in their portfolio, on their website and in marketing materials unless a specific confidentiality agreement is in place. vedaawork is not obligated to provide working files unless specifically stated and agreed upon in the proposal and often for an additional fee.
07 — confidentiality
both parties agree to keep all proprietary and sensitive information confidential.
08 — Termination of Agreement
if the client is not able to pay the fees within 2 weeks after the project is started, we can terminate the contract. if the client wishes to terminate the project then an additional fees will be added such as 200 usd.
09 — limited liability
Vedaawork's liability to the client is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific project.
